What Does Door to Door Delivery Mean? It means that the car carrier will get as close as physically possible to the delivery address as long as it does not compromise the cargo and/or the driver's safety. As the driver approaches your pick-up/delivery location, he will call you to confirm your address and discuss accessibility. If accessibility is limited or restricted, the driver may suggest a meeting at a local supermarket or mall with ample space to load/unload your vehicle. How long does Shipping take? Shipping time varies depending on factors like weather and traffic, and therefore not guaranteed. Is My Pick up or Delivery Time Guaranteed? CJ's Auto Transport
can not guarantee a pick up or delivery date. However, if we do not have a
truck scheduled within 14 days from the date that you make your vehicle
available, then your deposit is 100% refundable. Is My Vehicle Insured? Your vehicle will be insured against any transport damage caused by driver negligence. Our drivers are required to carry a minimum of $750,000 in liability insurance and required to carry a minimum of $100,000 or more in cargo insurance (depending on the size of the truck the vehicle is being transported on). CJ's Auto Transport is an Insurance Certificate Holder to each driver and we will provide you with a copy of the insurance certificate once we have your truck scheduled. Can I have My Vehicle Picked-Up or Delivered on a Specific Day & Time? CJ's Auto Transport will try to meet your requested schedule, however we cannot guarantee a specific pick up or delivery date. Can I put Luggage or Any Personal Items Into My Vehicle? You are allowed to put up to 100lbs of personal belongings in your vehicle. It must be confined to the trunk area and must be well secured. Absolutely no plant life is allowed. All personal items in the vehicle are placed there at the owner's risk; they are not covered by the truck's insurance. We do not recommend packing electronics, breakable items, or valuable items. An additional fee will be charged if you put more than 100lbs into your vehicle. What if My Vehicle Gets Damaged? It's very unlikely that your vehicle will be damaged - but should damage occur, please be sure to note it on the Bill of Lading and have the driver sign it. Claims cannot be processed by the driver's insurance company if damage is not noted at the time of delivery. Upon completion of delivery, a call should be placed to your carrier or broker to inform them of the damage and find out what your next step should be. What are My Payment Options? Visa, Master Card, Discover,
American Express, bank transfer through Pay Pal or Postal Money Order will
be accepted for your deposit only. The remaining balance due is
